My experience at Great Clips was excellent. Convenient online scheduling with no waiting upon arrival, stylist was friendly and I received the exact cut and style I wanted and the price was incredibly reasonable plus I was able to redeem my $5 off coupon for the cut. Highly recommend 😁

Took two toddlers. Hair stylist was great. Kind and friendly staff.
Only 2 people cutting hair, a two a hour wait, and the online check in was turned off. The online check in is terrible in the first place, but having to sit there while people people who haven't been waiting as long as you get immediately taken back is infuriating, especially when you didn't have that option. Poorly managed company, poorly managed location.
I was waiting for a hair cut in great clips in Winchester ky while the lobby was empty and two stylists stood around on there phone. A young man come in said he was checked in. They couldn’t find his check in but still took him ahead of me. That location is a joke anymore and usually have complaints about the cut anyway. And been waiting on my march madness coupon for 24 hours. Probably won’t download till after offer expires
