Olivia was great ! I haven’t had a haircut in literally years , she chopped off 7 inches, cut my hair exactly like my inspo pic and nailed the styling. She really took her time making sure we were on the same page throughout the entire session. I’ll definitely be going back to her for upkeep.

Listen to the bad reviews. Called ask how much for 2 girls shampoo and cut for that day got a price and told to register online for a spot . Did that and was in in 30 minutes . When we got there we were told they won't doing shampoos that day this is at 5 pm . Daughters needed their hair done for a next morning program. So couldnt find any spits anywhere else that late. First up git her hair cut and then the second and the stylest said she couldn't cut that style so we had to wait over a hour for the other lady and seen 5 go ahead of us some walk-ins. There seem to be a lot of talking with staff to customers and joking . Both hair cuts were cut to short after expressing not to cut short and the styjes won't up to par. Very upset at the fact we were told they could get shampoos just to lure

There are some really good stylists here. I just didn't get what I wanted with the stylist I had today. The stylist was too harsh and fast. Maybe she felt rushed, idk. I should've just left. I didn't really get to look at my hair for much of the cut because I was moved around in the chair rapidly. Her comb got stuck in my piercings many times and they were yanked. She used the electric trimmer and it left cuts on my neck. :(

Olivia had one of the best personalities I have come across. Before I got in the chair she was working on another client and from watching that interaction I was hoping to get her as the stylist. She was lively and could easily connect with people. That is very rare to come across. When I got in the seat she was very inviting and comforting. I had her fix a bad hair trim from another person (this person was not an employee but someone within my circle.) she was more than happy to fix it and the way she went about it helped soothe my negative emotions. I will be going to her from here on out for my trims. You out did yourself Olivia! Thank you!

I do not recommend going here at all I wish I can give a lower rating. I got my hair cut today and the lady who cut my hair cut off way too much. I had waist length hair she cut off 4 inches when I asked for a trim . Also I had hair caught in a fresh piercing and she was tugging on it hard. No apologies what so ever.
