Great Clips

Horrible customer service. Everyone there seems like they hate their jobs. Every single time I take my kids in, they stylists have an attitude for any style I ask them for. It’s always like passive aggressive, they don’t want to do the style. Every single time we go into this location. I asked one of the stylists how short a “3” was, and she was like, “it’s what you got last time” with an attitude. As if I can remember exactly what his last cut looked like. It’s always a hassle.

Checking in online and at the store was easy. The staff was nice, including my stylist. Things looked okay when it was cut at the salon but when I got home and was able to see my hair dry, I noticed it was very choppy. Layers were cut across and there had been no attempt to feather them to soften and create blending between the different lengths - my ends are going to split so fast now 😢. I wish I'd come to this realization while I was in the chair. Unfortunately for me, I have thin hair in a gradient of brown so this will highlight the choppiness. I will have to see how to style it so the odd, uneven lengths are not so noticeable and need to wait for it to grow back a bit before going somewhere else to get it fixed. Great Clips and other franchised hair salons are typically not my favorite and I feel like give pretty bland haircuts, but I took a gamble and went here because I was too lazy to go anywhere else, and I got a pretty good haircut!

I love the hair stylist that I got this time she really did a great job on my hair a lot of people can't do a fade very well but she did a good job great personality nice talkative person

First time here and loved the way Daisy cut my hair! Highly recommend her.
