Great clips is a decent place to get your hair cut. However it always seems like it's revolving door with their staff. Onbalance it's a place that I always go to for my haircuts and always leave pleased
It is a very Good place for a trim .the staff is very friendly and helpful .they offer veteran discount 😂
Staff refused to a kids haircut an hour before closing. Made up some excuse do to time . We walked by 15 minutes later and someone in her chair . Should fix this . Bad for business. People see these actions.
I took my fiancé to Great Clips for a simple clipper cut. He has been here several times with only one decent haircut. But this one was by far the worst. The girl did the entire cut in abut 5 minutes and when he got out, I saw why! She left large areas of hair on his neck that she didn't shave, his entire neckline was crooked and one side burn was totally messed up, I was shocked she would let a customer leave looking like that. Not sure we will be back! I know some of these employees are right out of school and I try to give everyone a chance to learn, but this was just unacceptable.
Had an awesome experience! They were extra patient with my daughters, very friendly and did an amazing job with hair cut. I definitely will be back! Highly recommend
