Great Clips

Long post, sorry! I generally only get my haircut at this salon for my cuts as everyone is generally very nice, good cuts and I'm in and out. Well, I recently went to the Whispering Pines location and received a cut that I was very unpleased with. It was a short cut, shorter than I asked for, and my hair laid straight out like a stick. I cried and cried. It's vain but to most women our hair can change the way that we look at ourselves and all I could see was ugly looking back at me in the mirror. I called back to the salon and spoke with the manager, Serena. A few weeks after, I drug myself back and sat in Serena's chair. She was so kind, patient and understanding. There wasn't much she could really do with my hair but she worked her magic and I walked out with a smile. My 7 year old daugh

My first time visiting this location. Kailee cut my hair and I'm very pleased with the results. She was very friendly, and helpful. I walked in and got immediate service. I'll go to this salon again.

I gave 3 stars because my oldest daughter’s hair looks great. My youngest, however, is so uneven with long strands hanging down. She’s 5, so the haircut was nothing fancy, and she’s shy so she sits incredibly still during haircuts. I’m surprised it looked this bad. I would have said something there, but I didn’t notice it until we got home. I’d go back, but not to her.

You check me in at 4:20 pm and tell me the wait time is forty minutes. I come back 38 minutes later and you’ve locked the door because you close at 5 pm. You wouldn’t answer the door, just looked at me and shook your head. Why bother checking me in? Guess which customer of more than nine years will never come back?

Sarena was attentive, efficient, playful, and I had fun getting my hair cut with her. This location was less busy and more comfortable for some reason than the Aberdeen location. I felt more welcomed and happier with the outcome. Simple, quick, and easy.
