Great Clips

I always visit the the Wharton store for haircut and always had a good experience. This time it was very different as I got this Latino guy to do the haircut. He was extremely rude. I maintained my calm a couple of times but I had to ask him to stop my haircut when he rudely tried to push my head. He had absolutely no remorse and neither apologized. Customer service was thrown out of the window at this instance. While I was assigned someone else to do the haircut, this will always be a sore experience. I hope some action is taken against this guy so that the store keeps up with its ratings.

Honestly couldn’t be happier. I had massive hair damage in the front from a bout of sleepwalking. I figured it was going to need a buzz but the stylist was able to salvage it and I was able to keep my hair long. Probably the best great clips in the state.

I have been coming to this location for some time and it has been positive but today was not the case. Just got out of the salon and The barber was very aggressive and extremely rude, poor customer service. Very disappointing. He was not welcoming even before I got in the chair. Unfortunately I will have to go somewhere else.

Erin has cut my hair twice now, it looks great. Erin pays attention to every detail. She's great!

First time going here, great hair cut. They were great and had a great conversation with the barber. I will be going there next time. Thanks
