I went in for a haircut and was greeted warmly by the nice lady with a beautiful accent. I found out that she was the owner of this Great Clips. Ellie took a lot of pride in her salon and her staff was great. I love my haircut and I have been there several times. I would highly recommend Ellie and her staff at any of her four locations. I go to Ellie at Savannah Commons in Westlake, because no matter what style of haircut I request after I walk into her salon, I can be assured it will be EXACTLY like the photo I provide and it will be PERFECT. Ellie always greets you with a smile the minute you walk in and makes you feel very welcome. I keep returning because I am confident of the great services Ellie and her team provide. I've had many experiences of bad haircuts over the years, but I know when I go to Ellie or any of her team members, everything will be done perfectly. Thank you for all your great service!

10 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I left. Ellie is incredible, amazing instincts when it comes to hair, very efficient and friendly. She has pride in her work and is a great store owner. Highly recommend stopping in here!

Stylist Peggy was fabulous!! She went above and beyond to give my disable father a great cut !!! All he wanted was a trim and because of her kindness and flexibility he looks great and feels so much better !! It made his day !!!
