Got my haircut for the Second time here, and this time Samia cut my hair and What a Wonderful Young Lady she was to me! Professional yet down to earth And I again got a great haircut. Thank You All for the Great Service see you again..

I told the Indian lady light trim and she started cutting so much of my son’s hair it’s crazy . Everytime you point out why you do not like something they try to justify it by just saying that that’s your natural head shape. I am so irritated. I could’ve literally done a better job at home. I will never come here ever again. you can tell she didn’t know what she was doing because every time she would tell me why she was cutting it a certain way she would mumble. I couldn’t even understand her. It’s almost as if she didn’t want me to understand her like are you even qualified for this job .

I like using the app to know how long the wait time will be. Everyone is greeted when they come through the door.

I’ve been coming to Great Clips in West Sac for a while now, and I’m always impressed! The staff here are incredibly friendly and professional, and you can really tell they are well-trained. Every time I leave, I feel confident sporting my fresh, stylish haircut. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and I’ve never had a bad experience. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a great haircut and a pleasant experience!

Mia was cutting my 4 yr olds hair and cut him severely behind his ear with the clippers. She never said a word to me. My son kept saying he didn’t like his hair and was holding his head down because he was scared. She was very unprofessional and rude to him. Then I was told by the assistant manager to come back in and she will refund the money….. really tried to give me a gift card… no no, we will never go back to a Great Clips! Thanks to Mia, now my son is scared to get his hair cut!
