Great Clips

Walked in om a Saturday mid morning because I tried to cut my own hair and it just needed a little more help. I wasn't expecting to get in, thought it would be packed but I guess I had showred up at the perfect time! IDA came to the counter, I told her my situation and she took me right to the chair! She was so sweet by telling me what a great job I did and saying that she just is going to touch up a few spots! I really enjoyed talking to her and as she was cutting she was explaining to me how and why she was cutting or using the shears! I was in and out and she just made herself a new client by being a lovely person/employee! =) Thank you Ida!

Went in and was told about a 15 minute wait. 3 people came in after me and were taken before me. The 2 gals in there never said anything to me they just let me sit there. After 45 minutes I just left as I had other things to do and they had called two more people so it didn’t appear that it would be anytime soon. Due to their lack of communication and customer service skills, I will not be back.

I’d highly recommend getting your hair cut/ styled by Fay, she’s very friendly and does an amazing job.

The staff are so very nice. They love to chat with their customers and are always smiling. Not great at cutting hair though. I wanted just straight across bob cut, no layers or anything, with my part in the middle, and the left side of my head was an inch longer than the right with full on chunks that stuck out way longer than the rest. The lady cutting my hair was so nice and happy and I was distracted just chatting with her that I didn't even realize how terrible my haircut was until I went across the parking lot to famous footwear and saw myself in the mirror. Unfortunately by that time Great Clips was already closed since it was Monday and they close at 4 so I couldn't even go back for them to fix it. OMG there is a woman her name is Carrie this is not professional 😳 every times she doing a haircut man or woman she is talking about her life and then she cries. For the customer feel bad to gave them tips. This is not professional. Sorry about it. 😡😞
