Great Clips

I needed a quick trim and decided to use the Great Clips online check-in feature, which is honestly the biggest selling point. I hopped on the app about 20 minutes before I left home and was given a 5-10 minute wait time upon arrival—perfect. No sitting around endlessly, which is exactly what I need from a walk-in salon. When I arrived, I was called back almost immediately by Jami .The service was friendly and efficient. I asked for a standard women’s hair cut she listened carefully, confirming the length and style. The actual haircut itself was fast, maybe 15 minutes total. Over all a great experience.

I apologize I don’t remember her name but she did a fantastic job on my hair and the Great Clips in Webster. It was sad me to hear that Nicole had quit after 16 years of service. She did a fantastic job as well.

All long term stylists have left so no longer will go there. Too bad loyal long term people were not compensated to stay. Good employees lost.

Great cut by Paula. Very nice place and relaxing atmosphere. Like the pre-appointments too so don't have to wait but a few minutes.

The stylist was very thorough and showed me how to apply the hair products to get their full effect.
