Took my daughter to get her hair done, wait time was ridiculous then to top it off everyone in our family has hereditary psoriasis unfortunately , the lady insists that it is lice, embarrasses my family even though she saw no actual bugs she even said all she saw was “eggs” which actually were just dandruff. I still to be safe left and spent money on the magnifying glass and comb kit and the shampoo etc just to have it confirmed that I was right it wasn’t lice and was just dandruff, not even the same shape or color of lice or lice eggs. She made what was suppose to be a good day for my daughter who is on the spectrum a nightmare. This is ridiculous. It was the hairdresser with the pink hair

we will not be back. maybe train your people to recognize the difference between psoriasis and lice. Instead of making kids feel bad about themselves. seems that the common response is to contact corporate yet if you look at the reviews, this place has had bad reviews for quite sometime so obviously contacting corporate does nothing. How bout instead you address the actual concerns and change things?

The young lady ask me about cutting my hair a little different and I have gotten several compliments. So appreciate her!

First off, Bailee was great!!! I went in on Saturday the 26th of October with an odd request. I had purchased a blonde wig with dark roots and I asked her to "Tiger King" me, lol. Ya know for Halloween lol. Bailee was like, "Say No More, I got This!!!" And she did!!! She jumped right on it! It seemed like everyone got a kick out of it. All the ladies were real nice and talkative. It actually turned out to be a really fun experience! Side Note: I'm Bald and haven't stepped foot in a hair salon in over a decade, so there was a bit of nostalgia as well. Anyways, go see Bailee! She is awesome, she has a great personality, and I felt like you could actually talk to her. It was refreshing to say the least. Thanks Great Cuts and the Awesome Sauce Ladies you have there!!!
