I gave it a 5 star rating because that is what it was when Valarie Simmons was there. It hasn't been the same since she left. Her professionalism and her dedication to make sure you got the hair cut you wanted was second to none. I was glad to see that she in the salon today. I will definitely be stopping by.

Brought my 4 year old to get his haircut today and Andrea was absolutely phenomenal. She was so patient and playful with my son. She made him giggle and feel comfortable. Anyone with little ones, I highly recommend Andrea.

First thing the service is too bad, when i registered it displayed a 20 minute wait time but i got to wait more than an hour and when my name finally arrived on the first come first serve list, the stylist selected her own customer which eventually made me wait 1 more hour and finally i was called and she completely messed up my hair, i showed a picture and she did completely opposite to it. Too disappointed, spent 20$ but nor worth a penny Highly disappointed👎👎👎👎

Everytime I go there it's a new staff. Today I it was a 30 minute wait so I decided to sign in. Only 4 people ahead of me. A lovely lady came in after me and signed in. After 45 minutes later they took the lady after me first. When the lady ask if I was next the stylist said, Oh yeah, when the other stylist finishes that guy she will take care of her 6 people got a haircut and I was still waiting. I walked out without a word. I don't think I will go back.

Some of the stylist here are great others not so much. Wish you were able to request certain stylists it would make going here so much better
