Great Clips

This was my experience at Great Clips in Wasilla today. For the first time ever, I have actually had a horrible experience at Great Clips in Wasilla and it was sad that it was the actual manager Kristen. I have gone there since my kids were little. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars there. It’s $100 each time I go there because I always tip. This time the manager was so rude. I don’t know what her problem was today that she used such a nasty tone to me and my kids! and she talked down to one of her new employees right in front of me! There were three other customers that looked at me and said I am so sorry!. I then told her that her attitude was not appreciated and she started laughing and then she spelled out her name with zero respect! She almost made my daughter cry! I even have three frie

I have been going to great clips for 10 plus years. In the past few years service has gone down hill in wasilla. Manager even has an attitude. Ive waited my 90 minutes. 2 hours after checking in on line. Still not served. Prices have gone way up sense covid started. Not even enjoyable coming in anymore. Sad

Eric is such an amazing stylist. Wish I could schedule with him online. Would make it much easier for me.

Went in to get a pixie like cut with layers and longer. It's super short and looks like a guys haircut. Almost all gone now, my hair was just past my shoulders.

Showed the stylist multiple photos to help with the haircut, she apparently got tired and ended the haircut half done. Also they raised their prices again so it's not even worth it to go here.
