I got a haircut by the younger female stylist with black/brown hair. She absolutely botched my hair to point of no return and kept blaming it on my hair texture. Like what? I have curls and it’s healthy virgin hair!!! I went to a master stylist to fix what she’s ruined and he said this is the worst haircut he’s ever seen in 25 years. He couldn’t believe this was done by a so called professional. Do not come here!!! They could’ve hired this girl off the street with how bad her work is

Worst haircut of my life I asked for long layers and face framing. She asked if I wanted the back to match my front I said yes if it’s uneven. I know my left side grows faster so no biggie well she starts chopping away and literally chopped like 5 inches off and told me it was only an inch and a half my hair was down to my waist when I went in and walked out with it to almost my shoulders. And no layers the face framing was horrid. I got home and had to fix it because my right side was longer then my left I told her that and she said she fixed it but I was so done I just wanted out of there. If someone tells you they don’t want to lose the length of their hair when they’re getting a haircut don’t chop off 5 inches next time.

Terra is amazing and wonderful! I met her at a different location over a year ago and she cut my hair exactly how I needed it and wanted it! So awesome that she is a manager now! She definitely deserves it and treats people with such kindness and listens to what you want done! 🙌😊
