Great Clips

I came in as a walk in and Linda took me. I’ve never had a worse haircut in my life. Very bad experience, would not recommend this great clips at least. Unless you want to wait 2 weeks for your hair to grow back.

I had gone to Linda (manager) for second time getting cut and first time was great. The second haircut is fine accept I asked for gentle shampoo on my scalp because I have been having hair loss and other issues. Well she was scratching my scalp so much during washing that when I left and was driving home my scalp was burning from the scratch marks left behind on scalp. Why would any hair dresser scratch your scalp to begin with when it is bad for your scalp and also for hair regrowth. Now I have to go to Dr to check on my scalp. I am a type 1 diabetic also. I don’t understand why any hairdresser will use nails when clearly it is not the best way to wash someone’s hair. 😡

I have been to this Great Clips once before. The young lady that cut my hair did a beautiful job. I needed a hair cut that was long over due. I decided to go to the same Great Clips, and came out so angry with the crappy haircut. I am in the system with that I was there before and the haircut I received. I wanted a trim and my hair cut into layers. My hair is also always cut into a u shape. The lady cut my hair just cut it straight across, not even holding it to make sure she cut it straight. She didn't cut it into layers and now my ends are choppy. My haircut took 10 minutes, if that. I was in and out of her chair so fast that my head was spinning. I left that place angry, sad, frustrated and pure unhappiness. I gave her a tip, because I felt like I needed to give her a tip. I don't think
