Great Clips

I have been to Great Clips before and they always do a great job. I've been to three locations now and I like that my haircut specs are there for the stylist to see, so that way I don't need to describe how I want my haircut everytime. The stylists are courteous and polite and know what they are doing. Overall a great haircut salon.

My family has been coming here for years. But today was the worst experience I've had. The woman cutting my hair was very short with me, I wanted advice on how much to cut and she got very snippy with me and irritated. After cutting my bangs, she left them soaked and in my eyes while ripping the cover off my shoulders telling me she was done. I had to move my hair out of the way to see anything and get up, she was already by the register telling me to pay. They normally dry my hair for me and are polite. I was going to let it slide, I even left a tip. But I've been going through some heavy stuff in my life and came there to relax and feel better about myself. Every stylist is great and the store is always clean. I would recommend to check in online because this store is always busy. I personally recommend Vivian so if you have time to wait until she is available, you should! 10/10 store 👍🏻

I love this Great Clips location. The staff is always professional and courteous. I especially appreciate the care and patience provided to me when I'm looking for a new style. Getting to know what I want by the stylist is greatly appreciated.

This place went down hill! Gave this place a second chance after they messed up by boys haircuts and now I'm completely done with this place. Not only did the lady with the black and orange hair with nose piercings mess up my son's hair cut but also hurt my son's neck by pulling on the cape to turn the chair instead of using the actual chair to turn him around! My son said she was ruff shaving the back of his head. Poor baby just wanted a comb over hair cut. Avoid this place and go to the one by the super Walmart in hesperia. They always do an excellent job there.
