Worst haircut ever! My daughter asked for a scene haircut, which she already had, so needed just a trim. Got micro bangs, one side looked like bowl cut, sides were uneven, in the back, it looks like one side has layer and the other does not. Have pictures to prove it. Absolutely horrible. She would look better if her hair got chewed up by a drunken beaver. Going to another salon and praying they can salvage it.

Our experience at this location during winter break was disappointing. We walked out with an uneven, poorly done haircut and are still unsure how to fix it. The unevenness is noticeable every day, which has been very frustrating. While the staff was polite, the quality of the service was not up to standard. I would not recommend this location if you’re looking for a reliable haircut.

The best reason to come here is their stylist Ercila. She is attentive, polite, gives you exactly what you want, doesn’t rush you and takes the time style exactly what you like. She also is very skilled in buzzcut and with scissor cuts. She can style a fade or long hair with expertise. I have been going for two years

Went in today for a new look and came out so happy!! I showed Ercila a picture of what I wanted and she did exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend this place. Especially Ercila. This is the second time she does my hair and I am convinced I will make sure to come back when she is in. Extremely satisfied.

i unfortunately did not have a good experience here. i usually cut my own hair, so this was my first time ever going to a barber. i think my first mistake was trusting they could execute the design i wanted. (first pic is what i wanted, second is what i got) while the lady who cut my hair was kind, i wish she was a bit more honest and told me she could not do what i asked. she left multiple bald spots in the back of my head. when she handed me the mirror, i was shocked and appalled to say the least. i’ve never been in a situation like that before, so i just paid my money and left with grace. but upon further thought, i should have expressed my dissatisfaction ! nevertheless i was able to go to another barber shop and they successfully fixed the back of my hair by fading it out. word of adv
