Great Clips

I have been getting my hair cut at Great clips for years. I love that my stylists in the past leave notes in my file so that no matter where I go, those notes are there. Specifically it says i prefer a dry trim and im letting the layers grow out. Unfortunately this is the first time I've felt the need to leave a bad review. I checked in online about 3:20 yesterday and arrived at 3:30. The location closes at 4. The lady behind the desk took my name and then immediately to the chair. She didnt take even one moment to read any notes on my file. She asked what i wanted done. I told her a simple trim to take off the dead ends. Just to even it out. I have been coming to this particular Great Clips for some time now. And for the most part they do a decent job of cutting my hair. Some times they miss a few hairs here and there but usually nothing terrible. It can get busy here and while I always check in on the app you do sometimes end up waiting longer then the app time says. For that I would usually rate this location 4 stars. The reason for the 3 star review was last time I visited the location on 2/28/26 and my haircut was terrible. I came in looking for a simple trim. Asked the stylist to take an inch off and trim my bangs, something that should be very simple. Well, she cuts my hair and after its all said and done then tells me something about how my hair is or lays and that she put some layers in it. She did not ask bef

To start off veterans Day I stop by this Great clips which is listed to open at 8:00 a.m. This location didn't end up opening till close to 8:40 a.m. due to the stylist not being there on time except for one Win. We waited in the cold for an hour, then the other stylist Leslie ended up taking members walking in before us who waited in the cold for an hour and totally disregarded us. If it wasn't for stylist Win, I would have gave this location one star, not only that but I would never return. This location needs to do something special for Win, she was calling all over trying to get the store open, and showing great customer service to the veterans that were waiting along with the other customers as well. THANK YOU WIN, you did an amazing job.

Literally after today. I had a barber who seemed to be in a hurry. I have a chunk taken out of the right side of my hair and my beard was way offkilter. I won’t be back. I’d rather pay the extra to small barbershops, then come back to this great clips. After I moved back to Titusville, I frequented This place for my haircuts. But no more. Avoid this place at all costs.

Honestly the lady that was helping us was very rude, she didn’t know what a skin fade was and told us to go to a barbershop. If they can’t do a simple skin fade then why do they show up when you search barbershop. I would not recommend this place to anyone
