I recently got a haircut at the Great Clips in Thousand Oaks, and I have to say—Espee is an absolute gem! She’s one of the best stylists I’ve ever had (and at a walk-in spot!). From the moment I sat down, she genuinely, quietly listened to exactly what I wanted—no rushing, no assumptions, just careful attention to my preferences. She delivered a clean, precise cut that turned out even better than I hoped. No upselling, no unnecessary add-ons, and zero criticism or “you should really…” comments. The whole experience felt welcoming, relaxed, and respectful—she made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. The location is a little hard to find in the back corner next to Vons. Hair Stylists did amazing job. Dare I say its the best great clips experience / hair cut both my wife and I have had.
