Great Clips

Great Clips on Thorndale is always clean and well-kept. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and make you feel comfortable right away. Parking is easy, and the overall atmosphere has a nice, positive vibe with good people working here. Definitely a great spot for a haircut!

A senior like myself came in today with an $8.99 coupon from Facebook printed out. There was a barcode and a corresponding number for the coupon. Instead of a haircut for $8.99, I was charged $21.99 for a senior haircut. If you're going to place coupons on your website, do not put them up there if you're not going to honor them in store. If you don't have a way to be able to place the number in place of the barcode that you say that you can't scan, don't bother with these. On top of things I asked for my hair to be trimmed and there was a lot cut off. Very disappointed to say the least.

Thorndale is my favorite Great Clips. I drive past the Downingtown location to go to Thorndale. They have kept many of the same employees for years. Always welcoming and do a great job.

First time at this location. Super friendly staff, wife and I both got cuts and are happy. Not happy it's $23 per person and then you feel guilty about not tipping. Might be time to start at least having her cut my hair.

As a regular customer I'm highly disappointed in Steve today, before I could say what I wanted (trim) the style I had was practically shaved off. This is why I ask for other's who are willing to listen. I now look like a MAN!
