She’s patient, professional, and always does an amazing job cutting my son’s hair. He feels comfortable with her, and she’s the main reason we come back to this location. She truly deserves five stars for her skill and kindness. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for the staff member who seems to act “in charge.” On more than one occasion, we’ve experienced rude or dismissive behavior that makes visiting here frustrating. Once, we checked in online with a 90-minute wait, came back after an hour (still with about 30 minutes left), and were told our names had been taken off the list because it was “too long.” We ended up leaving w

I found a stylist and it did an amazing job with my hair about 2 months ago. I have very very thick, fine hair that is naturally wavy. It's always been difficult to find a good stylist. It is Saturday. I arrived at this location and requested Jennifer. I was told that I cannot make a personal request for a stylist on the weekend. I asked if I could wait and just see if I happen to get her and I was told I could. Then I was told by another stylist that I could not do that and they had to take me off the list. They said this was per their general manager. I showed them on their website, specific to this salon, where it states that I can request and I can wait, but I might have to wait a little longer. Nowhere is it stated if that I cannot make a request on the weekend and that if I do I mus

I actually came to this location today by accident after checking in online at another location and getting them mixed up. However, after a short wait I was pleased to meet Emerald and she did exactly what my hair needed with my overgrown dead ends! My hair felt so much healthier and she cut it in a way to make my layers more even. Will definitely be returning to have her cut my hair!

Always friendly stylists. I just had a razor cut that was $20. I think these cuts should only be $16 at most. I would do them myself but I like to get out of the house,

My fiancee got a wonderful haircut from a lovely stylist named Rachel, and I would recommend requesting her. She was absolutely lovely, and listened to his requests with understanding. My only problem was their manager, I believe her name was Lisa. She was rude to her employee when she was genuinely curious about a mistake made with the people in the wait-list. She said "it's really not that hard," in quite a passive aggressive tone that would've put a dent in my day if I were an employee there. Best of luck to the employees there, they were awesome!
