After trying to get in after my daughter has therapies in the same plaza (three times and the wait being 75+minutes), We were finally able to get in and the "appointment time" was only 5 minutes after her therapy. They were super nice and I had a coupon so that was great. Here's the thing, this was on a Wednesday AFTER spring break started the previous Friday and by Saturday we were miserable with head lice. I cannot say for absolute certain that it came from there but we've been nowhere else during break. It COULD have come from school but I feel (from past experience with older children) that we would have noticed much sooner had it come from school almost a week prior. First time going here and it will be the last. I went in for just a simple trim and face framing bangs. The stylist trimmed my hair fine but when I told her I wanted my bangs a little shorter like I already told her (chin length) she said she was unable to do it because she'd have to pull in more hair from the back of my head. Which made absolutely no sense to me. I figured she either just didn't want to do it or she thought it'd look bad, either of which isn't her concern since it's my hair and I'm paying her for this service. I gritted my teeth, paid and then went home to cut my bangs how I wanted them, which surprise- it was easy to do and looks exactly how I wanted it now. I don't understand why some hairstylist think they get to dictate what a customer wants done to their hair. It's n

As soon as I walk in I feel welcome. The staff is extremely helpful and takes their time with each person! I never feel rushed when it comes to chopping hair off! I’ve been going here for about 2 years now and I won’t go anywhere else!! Thank you all for keeping my trim looking right all the time! Your manger is killing it over there!!
