Just had an amazing haircut with Vic—absolutely top-notch! He really took the time to understand what I wanted and added his own touch of style that made it even better. Super friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about his craft. Highly recommend Vic if you’re looking for a clean, sharp cut and a great salon experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location on Saturday, March 7th. Despite checking in online and arriving at 5:53 PM (before their 6:00 PM closing), I was refused service. I tried to explain that a closure on Morris Bridge Road more than doubled my usual 12-minute commute, but the staff was completely inconsiderate of the situation. Their cut off is 5 mins before closing. Specifically, the employee, Esther, was rude and dismissive. She repeatedly cut me off and told me to "talk to the manager" rather than listening. It’s frustrating to be in the system and arrive before closing only to be treated with such lack of professional courtesy.

This was a regular $20 appointment, with no coupon no promo. She (don't know her name) told us she wouldn't even do a simple fade cut for my kid and refused to use scissors, saying we should go to a barber shop for that. We showed her the pictures from their own gallery, but she simply refused. She did the haircut with just a trimmer—size 1 for the sides and size 5 for the top. That’s it. The whole process took less than 5 minutes. We were already in the middle of the haircut when we were told this, otherwise, we would have gone somewhere else. The service used to be great when they opened, but it’s not the same anymore.

My family has been a loyal Great Clips customer for over ten years, frequently purchasing prepaid cards. Unfortunately, our experience at this specific location was entirely negative across two separate visits, resulting in a one-star rating and the loss of three regular customers. Our first bad experience involved my son. The stylist, who appeared to be an older employee, was described as grumpy and unprofessional. She repeatedly asked my son to keep his head straight, and she forcefully pushed his head multiple times to adjust his position. This rough and annoying behavior is completely unacceptable for customer service, especially with a child. Hoping it was an isolated incident, I returned a month later and received service from the same stylist. My own experience was similarly unple

I’ve been going to this Great Clips location pretty much since they had their Grand Opening. I found new stylist, Miss Rita, here and have been beyond happy and satisfied with my results. This is the third Great Clips I’ve gone to (due to moving) and, while they’ve all been good, this has been the best of all my experiences so far. Miss Rita is the bomb!! Lol
