Marsha is fantastic. She is the only one I will go to now. My previous cut was nothing like the picture I showed. She is working on reshaping my cut into the style I originally wanted. It has to grow some more after being butchered by the previous stylist.
Customer service was excellent,unfortunately the hair cuts were not.We didn’t realize until we got home how crooked they were.I didn’t take a before pic of mine,but I did of my husbands before I evened it out and cut it to his desired length
I love great clips and have been coming for years and never had an issue until Marsha cut my friends sons hair and it was horrible. The manager did handle it very well but marsha clearly doesn't know how to cut ethnic hair and it showed.
Marsha was GREAT! Had a "Poofy" head! Super Job! $10 TIP she was so good. 😉👍
Went in to get my bangs trimmed and left with half of my hair chopped off. Apparently the hairdresser took it upon himself to cut off what he felt like it instead of just the dead ends. And the whole concept of not being able to make appointments and just walking right in is stupid. Not waiting 2 hours to get a haircut. This isn't a doctor's office. You should be able to make appointments. Will not be returning to any great clips salons
