Great Clips

I have been wanting to get my hair cut for a while, but I was anxious about it. Yesterday I decided to just do it. I didn’t have an appointment, but the sign in the door stated, “Walk ins welcome.” My hair stylist was Ryan, and he put my mind at ease and cut my hair exactly as I asked him to. If you need a haircut ask for him. He did a nice job on my hair!

Today I went to the Sylva location and had the pleasure of working with Brook. She was professional, friendly, and very talented. I will recommend her to my coworkers, friends, and family. Thank you for a great experience.

Terrible customer service. One lady was horrible and acted as if we were in the way while she was cleaning up and trying to leave only one worker there with a waitlist. She was obviously upset complaining about other workers not coming to work and acting as if they conspired to not be there on purpose. That’s not our fault…. I asked if we should leave and she said, it’s up to you, I just clocked out. The lady who stayed back alone, ended up cutting my son’s hair and is wonderful and I’m very thankful we got her but, the other one, please do better with your customer service. If my 8 y/o son can feel your tension, that’s pretty bad. Do better! I also emailed the customer service email and I hope this issue gets addressed.

I normally cut my own hair, but I wanted something different so I went to Shelly Durrant (spelling) on Halloween.. I have NEVER received more compliments on my hair in my entire 30 years. Shelly did her big one on my hair. Thank you 🩵

Me and my boyfriend got cuts here. We had Allison and Shelly. Great stylists! We aren’t great talkers and they didn’t make us talk and that was appreciated. I just got a trim and my bf got a short sides longer top kind of cut, both looked great. He works in a kitchen so he needs pretty short hair so he doesn’t have to come back often but also doesn’t want a buzz or to go bald. They didn’t cut my hair too short. Did great! Will come again and again. Was about $25 dollars each with a 5 dollar tip included for the each of us.
