Great Clips

Been going here for a few years during our snow bird seasons. Sad to say the current staff is not the same. If you are looking for a basic hair cut, you'll get that at a good price. I asked for a basic hair cut but wanted it layered. She did one layer. I probably should have asked her to do more but she didn't seem to have much initiative and I didn't want to end up with something that I would not be happy with. Paid, left a decent tip but will probably go to another location next time.

I like going to Great Clips! No appointment needed and the wait time is not long. I use the Great Clips app and sign in so I can arrive at the shop just in time for my appointment. The stylist listen to how I want my hair cut and also make suggestions!

Beth is the best stylist! I wish I could have her all the time. The other stylists do not cut my hair right. She is the ONLY one who can and I'm very disappointed that she can not do it all the time. I would be happy to wait for her. In Ohio I had the same stylist. I wish your policy would change!

I have been growing my hair out for a year now. It was cut a very specific way (sides and back shaved down to skin top longer than 10 inches). The stylist cut into the long hair on one side of my head. She also cut the back 2 inches up further than it was before she started. All she had to do was follow the line from the previous cut. This was not a fixable mistake due to the length and way my hair was cut. I found this issue when I returned to my vehicle and was trying to fix my hair. I pulled my hair tie out and I ended up with 2 handfulls of hair and more falling onto my shoulders and shirt. I was heading to the DMV to renew my license and was going to have to take a picture (this was the reason for getting the hair cut.) I went back into the salon and told them what had happened. They

I would not go back to this place. Although friendly, I left with hair being 2 different lengths after requesting a fade. The next morning, I went to the one on Tournament and 10X better of an experience and my hair was fixed. I would not go back here if it was the last barbershop standing. Tournament Great Clips - 5 stars all around.
