I came in as a walk-in to get a quick trim, and Ebony cut my hair exactly how I wanted. I've been growing my hair out for several months after a terrible cut somewhere else, and she did a great job. Thanks!

I've always had a positive experience at Great Clips. All the barbers are friendly. They have discounts for military or seniors. And being able to get in line on the phone app before I get there, really helps. Thank you Great Clips!

Trash, uneven patches missed one side is shorter than the other and she blamed it on me having thicker hair on one side..was told not to cut front and fade the rest well they cut the front and did it to short so not I have a duck tail..... I just went home and cut it myself what a joke

My husband got his hair cut on a Sunday morning and was very happy with service and his hair specialist was friendly and efficient. He prefers this store because the stylists are awesome.

Bad experience. I went in as a walk in close to close, but was still checked in and assured I could still do so. After waiting I told the stylist what I wanted and it was the most rushed haircut I think I've ever had. I domt even know the name of my stylist. I could feel that she was annoyed I kept her late, when her coworker checked me in. I rarely cut my hair and this was an awful experience. I had to cut my hair when I got home because sections were missed. I paid and left a good tip but just wanted to get out of there as I felt like I was a burden to the stylist. Next time I'll just do it myself.
