Great Clips

I just wanted to reply, because of the haircut and trim I get monthly. I went in to Great Clips about a year and a half ago at the Stockbridge location. My hair was longer then and needed some shaping. I was greeted by Ray when I walked in. He explained that the first cut was needed to even up my hair. I went in a month later and was amazed at the difference in the cut. I had many complaints from family and friends. He trims my hair every month now. He represents your establishment very well. Thanks Ray

This was my first visit to any Great Clips. I have a relaxed pixie cut and just wanted my hair trimmed back. They asked all the right questions and talked me thru each step. I left feeling really good about trying them out and satisfied with my haircut

James H, was intentionally several times, passed over. I've been to this location a time before and that experience was great. This time it seems the black stylist refused and so did the the two white ones. It's just a haircut not a klan rally. Stockbridge location near Publix.

I always have a good experience with GC. Every so often my experience is a little off though. I walked in and there were 3 stylists on duty. There was a lady who was consuming the lead stylists time with perfection burdening and that took her completely out of the action. I was 2nd in line on the check in screen. Then a lady walked in and was taken straight back and it seemed automatic that she jumped the line without checking in. They said hey cheerfully and loudly. Do you need your hair washed. And went right back ahead of everyone. During all of this the 3rd stylist decided it was her time to go to lunch. Now we're all stuck waiting on privileged and familiar people. My wait time was 15 minutes at check in and because of all of the cronies and needy people we ended up waiting 45

So I have been coming to this place for almost 15 years and so far I have never been disappointed in any of the hair cuts I have received. Brandi has been cutting my hair for the past few years and she does an amazing job hands down definitely recommend this please to anyone looking to get a fresh cut.
