Great Clips

Last two haircuts I had were not the best. Left long hair at the bottom of my neck and temples. When back the one time and had it fixed. This last time I fixed it myself at home. Not calling anyone out and will go again. But wish they would take some time and not rush me out. I understand we are all human but I tip more than the haircut itself.

I have normally received good service at this salon. My last visit was a disaster. I checked in online and arrived on time. When I get there there were 4 stylist and then 3 of them disappeared to the back and I had to wait 20 more minutes. The stylist that called me asked me if I wanted a haircut and I said yes and proceeded to tell her what I wanted done, which she didn't do. I specifically asked for clippers to be used, which she didn't do and got rude when I asked her not to cut my bangs. I have addressed this twice as a complaint through corporate with a promise to be contacted by someone at the salon and still haven't been contacted. Very bad service and horrible haircut and a total waste of money.

butchered my boyfriends mullet. do not go for mullet cut. his hair looks like it’s falling out in patches because it was cut so poorly.

I have always got good service but my last visit was not good after I got home and saw that my hair was uneven 😔

I have straight easy hair and I am extremely still for getting my hair cut about as easy as a manikin and the woman who cut my hair today couldn’t cut my bangs straight. It was extremely lopsided then she cut it again even higher anyone who has bangs knows it has to sit in a specific area or range rn my bangs are STILL lopsided and half an inch above my brows while wet. The second woman there was also raising her voice at a customer who was having a hard time communicating almost yelling at her across the store because she wasn’t understanding. This is some of the worst both customer service and simple hair cutting ability ever and I’ve been to this location which was great. I’m extremely disappointed in the overall horrible experience.
