Great Clips

I came in towards the end of the day on a weekday and the woman that cut my hair was amazing! I have a short haircut and it was really growing out I looked terrible and unkempt and I explained to her that I needed the sides and back touched up and a little bit of movement put through the top but that I really didn't want to lose any length and she was quick efficient and it's the best haircut I've ever gotten to be honest with you especially after I got home and washed it it was even better than in the salon which is super rare. On top of that I had my little girl with me who's about 6 years old and she was jumping up and down out of the other salon chair and bouncing all over the place cuz she was excited to be there and the stylus was so dang sweet to her

I feel that up to this point I’ve stayed 100% honest so I hope the stylist (if she reads this) understands that this is not to be mean or cruel to her. She was nice and seemed wanting to learn. I called up and asked if they had room etc. except walk ins and she said yeah, I asked would now be a good time and the person said I mean if we except walk ins. I was leaning more towards are you busy in this moment but ignored it and went in anyway. To preface I hood a license in cosmetology (2014) but have been into hair and makeup since I was 7/8 and practicing since I was 12. Anyway went in there were three people one young two older and didn’t seem to be tight knit. I previously gave my hair stylist a 5 rating after my last experience with them I am downgrading to a one because I can't give a zero in the past they would accept coupons where do they were expired or not but now that they've reached their clientele numbers they don't care about the customers anymore I received a coupon one day after getting my haircut I called to see if they would take the coupon and refund me the difference I was denied I've been going there for years I will not be returning to any Great Clips especially the one in Stanton the prices have gone up their service has gone down. During covid I was cutting my own hair well guess what 😀 by the way corporate doesn't give a crap either

Tashauna did a great job cutting my hair. I highly recommend her
