Great Clips

I have been getting haircuts at Great Clips, Shoppes at St. Marys, Ohio for about 15 years. I seldom get the same person cutting my hair. I have NEVER had a bad haircut at this Great Clips. No matter who cuts my hair, I am always very happy with the result.

2/4/25 I called before going in to get my haircut asking if they knew how to do a stacked cut. Trish who I spoke to said yes. When I arrived I was greeted by Nicole who was going to cut my hair. I had a photo of the stacked haircut I wanted. I clearly asked her if she knew how to do stacked haircut she said yes. She cut my hair and gave me the mirror so I could see it. I said this don't look right. She asked Trish to shape it. Trish shaped the back. Trish should have cut my hair since she was more experienced. She chose a man's cut and made Nicole cut my hair. Trish made a rude comment saying her hairs too thin for a stacked hairstyle. That was very bad to say to a customer. I said I've had many stacked haircuts. The hair was cut too short I told Nicole. So she gave me the cut for free.

I asked for a trim, I look like I just got in a fight with a racoon . The lady (Ali, she has piercings all over and purple and black hair) used like the whole bottle of spray water. She felt the need to breath on my face and he breath was not the greatest smell. She leaned on me while butchering my hair. She was more focused on singing the music then giving me a trim. I'm never getting a haircut there again. This is not the first time. In fact I've gone to great clips about 15 times in my 17 years and they have NEVER given me the haircut or trim i expected. Trust me, take the extra 10 minute drive to Celina. If i could give a lower review than 1, you bet i would.
