Great Clips

My stylist was Rachel M., and she was fantastic. I’m on the autism spectrum and haircuts can be overstimulating, but Rachel put me at ease without my having to say a thing. She was friendly and chatted with me when I initiated but allowed me to keep quiet as I needed too. Her empathy was fantastic, I never even had to tell her I was on the spectrum, she just naturally adjusted to me. I cannot express how much I appreciate that. She was thorough in the haircut, checked in with me to make sure I was happy with it, gave me advice on the beard trim, and helped me pick out a great product when I asked for advice on a new shampoo and conditioner. She was positive and attentive, and I’ll be coming back to this location going forward. Thank you!

What a delight this hair studio was! They took care of my 89-year-old mom and it was an easy transition to get her in and out of the chair as she has balance issues. Our hairstylist Grace was so gracious and kind and cared about her results! I definitely recommend you find Grace and have a great experience like my mother 👩 Grace DID‼️💕🫶🏻

I went in this past Thursday morning because of being in town for work. I think I had to wait 6 minutes if even that long. Their were 3 female stylist working, all three had great attitudes, positive vibes, and and really lifted positive energy in the building. The stylist who cut my hair was extremely friendly and was absolute wizard with the clippers. She told me her name, and to save my life I cannot remember her name (I know it started with an "F"). She gave the perfect cut, was able to carry a conversation the entire time, and made the entire time in her chair the most pleasant experience I have ever had in a great clips. One of the best haircuts I’ve had in a very long time. Flo was AMAZING, she listened to what I wanted and delivered! This is a great location with great staff and also affordable.

Turning away people at 7:15pm when closing is 8pm? Especially for a bang trim and only two people waiting? Not good business practice. There’s no reasonable excuse for that. Only giving the 2 stars because I was able to get in using online check-in. Which according to the website, you can check-in online 15 mins until closing. I walked out of the store at 7:55pm.
