Great Clips

Michael is great!!! Finally got the right hair cut for my curly hair. Enjoyed his stories.. he is just so sweet. I'm a customer as long as he's there. He is very talented. Thanks Michael for making my day!!

This is the best Great Clips around. Marine (Marina) is amazing! Takes the time to get your hair right. Stylist that takes her time and seems as she actually cares about your haircut. Will offer suggestions, but not pushy at all. She's the best!

Most of the barbers here are kind and professional. However, I had my worst experience at the Durban Pavilion branch. The lady who assisted me shaved almost half of my son’s head and only then asked if it was okay. By that time, the damage was already done. I would like to request that management ensure all employees are properly trained to listen carefully and confirm a client’s request before proceeding.

Went to get a haircut for my son. Showed a picture of him with a fresh haircut. Asked for a 1 on the side with a medium fade. Barber insisted it was a high fade and didnt agree with me. Said he wouldnt cut my son's hair and tried to pawn me off on 1 woman who was leaving for the day and another who had multiple clients in front of him. I ended up leaving. If the barber isnt confident in giving a basic childrens fade im not confident in being a client.

Devon did an amazing job with my difficult to deal with curly hair. I told him I just needed something different…the only condition was that I must still be able to put my hair in a ponytail. He tried asking more questions about what I wanted and I kept repeating that my only condition was still being able to have a ponytail. I told him to turn me around so I was not facing the mirror. Devon asked if I was sure. I told him to surprise me. I absolutely loooove my new style!!! There are not too many options for hair like mine but Devon worked his magic and I look and feel like a whole new person!
