Great Clips

I have been going to the St. Francis Great Clips location for well over 10 years. I always have Chach cut my hair. The staff are generally very friendly and attentive.

I'd give zero stars if I could I'll start by saying I HAD long beautiful thick hair and I only get it trimmed 1 or 2 times a year I went for a TRIM and light layers towards the bottom to be easier to brush, around 10 inches of my hair was chopped in the back (ONLY IN YHE BACK) and she thinned my hair and I didn't ask for it! It's going to take years for it to grow back! And yes I showed the stylist how much I wanted off and on the little ticket that prints it only says 1 1/2 inches trimmed

Crystal was very professional sociable and great to chat with. She gave me a fabulous haircut and I highly recommend her and this location. This was my first time here as well.

My husband's been here before but yesterday (7/13/25) was the first time we took our son (4yrs) here. We've been to SM & OC Great Clips and usually left unhappy. Samantha at St Francis location did my son's hair and OMG, out of all the Great Clips we've been to, this has been the greatest exp for my son. Samantha was so personable, explained every step, let him touch the clippers so he wouldn't be afraid & had all the patience in the world and did such a great job. This is def going to be our go-to place and hopefully, we'll always get Samantha for my son! update 8/31/25--we came again on 8/30 and this time, brought all 3 kids with. We had Kay, Samantha again and Crystal. All 3 did a wonderful job!

Danni, at this Great Clips, was wonderful with my daughter, Kylie (11 years old)!💞 Kylie has naturally beautiful curly hair, and was so worried it would get chopped and bounce up to her ears! Well to say the least, I am SO HAPPY that we met Danni that day at Great Clips! She talked so sweetly and kind to Kylie and asked if she would like a "dry cut" instead...so it wouldn't be cut wet and then bounce up even shorter later. (...Us naturally curly hair gals run into that problem here and there...) Kylie happily said YES PLEASE! ... and it turned out PERFECT! 🥰 I say that because I love it, and most importantly my daughter LOVES it! I will most definitely be bringing Kylie back in by you!!
