Great Clips

Laura at great clips is fabulous. My wife n I always prefer to get a hair cut from her. She is friendly and perfectionist and gives her best every time, would definitely recommend her for a grt service.

Called this location, and someone answered the phone. The problem is, they didn't say a word. They just put the phone down immediately after answering without even saying hello. For a minute I kept saying "hello?" with no response on the other end. I heard distant conversations, music, and other things in the background, but they just essentially took their phone off the hook while someone was on the line. If you're busy, why even answer the phone? Makes me wonder if they are required to answer the phone within a certain amount of rings, so they did that but straight up blatantly ignored the customer on the phone.

I literally had to come home and shave my head. I will never go to this place again. I should have walked out without paying. I looked like simple jack from the tropic thunder movie. The older women always do a great job, but the young lady that was working tonight was absolutely terrible.

Mayanna is the best! She made my first experience wonderful. Please giver her a raise!! All the staff is nice and helpful.
