Great Clips

I had a haircut last Sunday and my stylist, Brindy, was fantastic. She asked at the start how I wanted to have it cut and then proceeded professionally to “cut and clean me up.” A great stylist at the Springboro Central Ave location. Its stylists like Brindy that keeps me returning to Great Clips for my haircuts. Thank You Brindy!

Walked in with no wait Olivia promptly greeted me and had me checked in.I showed her some pictures of how I wanted my hair. She gave me good advice on which one as I told her I was practical and did not have much time to fix my hair. She checked to be sure that I wanted to cut so much off ie 3 inches. Told her I need a change. She was very meticulously and did a great job. I have always had a great hair cut and friendly service here. Thank you for a great haircut.

Had to send my son to get a haircut with my friend, the lady was rude, just because I had to ask my friend to FaceTime me to see my son's cut since Im gonna pay them, the other lady was like "I wouldn't do the haircut" like what the hell, Im the customer and I have a fully rights to do a FaceTime and see my child's haircut. Next time be more polite and respectful to your customers.

amber was the lady that cut my son’s hair tonight. we came in a little late, which i understand is frustrating, however she was very unprofessional. when we came in she seemed back and forth between nice and passive aggressive. she started by complaining about the amount of online check in’s they had, and turned the open light off. my son is 2 and has only had his hair cut one other time, so he was a bit afraid and not too happy about it. amber started to cut his hair and not even half way through she said “i can’t.” she continued to tell me that she had been doing this for 20 years and even worked at cookie cutters a couple times, a place where they specialize in kid’s hair cuts, but my son was acting crazy. yes he is a toddler and having a bit of a fit, but he is TWO. if you supposedly
