Sonya has been cutting my hair now for over a year She is extremely talented with her skills. Great customer service and listens to my requests and provides just what I ask for. Friendly and inviting. I can’t say enough wonderful things about her

I've been consistently going here for the last 4 - 5 years, walking in and leaving with a good hair cut. Always left at least a 20% tip. However, I will no longer be going here; Last time I went as a walk-in, I wasn't greeted when I walked in. I was coldy told the store was closing early (after I greeted the employee). That is understandable given certain context. But, this felt arbitrary, and the employee didn't recommend trying again tomorrow. As a result, I'm simply going elsewhere that will appreciate my business. I usually always tip 25%, min 20% - because I appreciate hair stylists. I'm really not that picky, and I don't enjoy leaving low reviews. However, the hair cut market is saturated enough where people can easily take their business elsewhere when their loyalty/appreciation

People are friendly enough, complained about a coworker calling out because they didn't want to drive in bad weather lol. My stylist didn't know what curtain bangs are and just gave me regular long bangs so ill have to fix that myself later. Other then that it was a nice experience. Probably won't be coming back though. Get what you pay for 🤷

Stylist with the short spiky hair clearly doesn’t enjoy her job, especially doing kid cuts. It appeared the ANGLED bob I wanted for my kiddo was too hard to do and she should have said so - I would have gone elsewhere no problem. But instead she cut a Dora the explorer bob. And didn’t even use any detangler spray when brushing my daughter’s hair. I even asked the other worker to help out and she declined. Poor people skills and unhappy environment. How about you smile and make convo other than “don’t move”…… Here’s the inspo pic and the lazy UNangled bob she did. I even kept expressing I was unhappy and wanted the picture during the process and she still couldn’t deliver.
