Great Clips

I love this place. I just recently started getting my hair cut on a regular basis. I love that you can check in online from anywhere and not have to wait in the salon. The hairdresser/barbers cut/style exactly how you desire. And they ask questions throughout the process so that you're completely satisfied. Haircuts are reasonably priced.

A nearby hairdresser gave me a men’s haircut that did not match what I asked for at all, was uneven, and honestly the whole experience was just a mess. I came into Great Clips 30 minutes before closing and incredibly overwhelmed. Amber was patient with me and reassured me through the entire experience, something I have never had when getting my haircut. When I left, I was relieved but still worried since my hair was not even past my ears after previously being to my shoulders, but when I tell you I have never gotten as many compliments regarding my appearance since is an understatement. Amber has something crazy in her scissors in addition to pure skill that made this the best haircut of my life. As silly as it sounded I have never felt as secure with myself since and have huge gratitude f

Low wait time. The stylist was friendly and took great care of me. She did a good job on my hair, my beard and moustache too!

Went in for a haircut. Older lady calls me over to the chair. She seemed confused about how to cut my hair. When she was using the buzzers, she hit my head and was not gentle. When she pulled the razor cord around, she kept hitting my chest with it. Very unprofessional. She did not ask if I wanted my eyebrows trimmed and she did not brush my hair off of me professionally. She did not use powder on my neck like I Usually get when I go in there. I come to this location very often for the past three years. I am very disappointed in how service was today. I felt she did not deserve a tip, but I gave her one anyway. The next time I get a haircut and she’s in there, I am not going in.

Appointment took forever and wasn't happy with cut. It took over an hour for my son to get his hair cut. Showed girl picture that i wanted and hair still needed to be cut. I was just frustrated so paid and left. Girl looked like she was in high school.
