The hairdresser from Simpsonville location gave me a bad haircut. I emailed Great Clips and complained. They contacted the location I went to and have them call me. They never did. I decided to go to another location and had Ceila cut my hair. So far I've had 3 haircuts from Ceila and my hair looks so much better. Very pleased with her service! She listened well and did what she was told to do.
The hair stylist was fantastic! The only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 was the new policy of no consideration for us old (76) veterans. Use to be a couple of bucks off. No more and it's sad. Money talks and Great clips is listening!
Nice little place hanging out on the side of Food Lion. Stopped by for a trim and was greeted by Mrs. Maria and Ms. Sara both were super nice and helpful. Walked out all cleaned up. Highly recommend.
Great deals & nice team at work. I have been customer for last 5 years.
