Great Clips

After not having anyone answer the phone or being able to get my new stylists schedule at the Great Clips at Hen House Market Place , I came to this one. I used a stylist named Tracy and she did a great job. She asked lots of questions and listened to what I wanted done. I will definitely ask for her the next time! She was great !

Local salon wouldn’t accept Facebook coupon. Only valid 30 miles away.. too many high paid celebrities make it hard to use coupons.

Convenient, easy, smooth, efficient, caring... Words don't describe the stress free system that great clips has. Check in online, come in no waiting when it's your turn... Check in the kids too... No complaints. I stick strictly to one location

I always bring my kids here- it’s convenient to get to and normally very quick. However, it does seem that the associates (minus a couple) are always a tad irritated. Like they don’t really want to be there or that they don’t even want to cut hair. Every time I ask for a style (different ones -mind you) they always try and talk me out of it- it never fails. I’ve been told they don’t do “barber cuts”, I mean the equipment is there- they’re “professionals”. I don’t feel I ever ask anything unreasonable either. Sometimes just simply shorter on the sides? I guess if they smiled and were more welcoming it wouldn’t be such a poor experience every time.
