Stephanie Taylor is absolutely the best! She has been cutting my hair for over 10 years! I am very very picky when it comes to a haircut, however I can now just sit down with ease and say “ I trust you Steph, do what you think is best” and I know I will be satisfied every time!

I’m leaving a 2 star review for your coupon policy. I’m trying to be nice cause I could easily make it 1. Why does it need to be downloaded. I waited 45 minutes after my haircut for it to arrive and still ended up paying full price. And right around the two hour mark it showed up in my email box. At that point when I made it known to the store that it had shown up, they informed me that if they were to go back and honor it now they would be “stealing“ from the company? Are you kidding me?Make your coupons readily available if you actually want me to have it.

I have been a customer of Great Clips for years! Kela has cut 4 generations of hair for us. Although she was unable to cut my hair today because she's kicking cancers ass!...Kina was absolutely wonderful! I had one of the BEST shampooing and head massage ever! Thank you!! I needed it! Kela... and now Kina will be my family's go to gals for cuts forever!
