Stacy was great per usual. Unfortunately I had checked in on line and it didn’t register. My phone said I was 20 minutes from a hair cut but I had to wait longer because of that glitch there was no evidence on the screen

Do not try to come within an hour of closing time. Checked in myself and two toddlers at 6:15 pm via the mobile app. Arrived at 6:33 to see the employee rushing out and the store lights off. Mind you, this is a holiday week (Thanksgiving) on a Friday. Why post hours at 7 if they are not until 7? Why have the app available to check-in if you are not interested in the business? Why rush out when you knew someone was actively on their way? These hair cuts don't even take 10 minutes per person. So time was not an issue. I pass competitors to have our haircuts here.

I wish I could give zero stars. This was by far the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. The stylist did my hair and beard in just 2 minutes — no care, no attention to detail, just rushed through like she couldn’t wait to get rid of me. I clearly explained what I wanted and even showed pictures, but she completely ignored everything. My hair was cut way too short, uneven, and totally messed up. The beard was no better — rough, patchy, and not shaped properly at all. I walked out looking worse than when I came in. It felt like she had no interest in doing a proper job, just wanted to finish quickly. I paid for a professional service and got something worse than a rushed home haircut. I’m honestly embarrassed to go out. Terrible experience. Stay away from this place. Not worth your time

I have always had good stylists at this Great Cips store. I Met Ainee stylist first time this trip I told her what I wanted and add your twist to it turned out awesome! Thank You Ainee

I recently visited this salon for a haircut, but I was met with the most disinterested barber I’ve ever encountered. Despite the fact that she cut my hair within three minutes, it was far from a proper haircut. The entire process was rushed, with the barber using trimmers that weren’t cleaned properly. As a result, I developed rashes all over my neck. Although I’ve been a loyal customer for a while, I think it’s time to move on and find a new salon.
