Great Clips

I’ve been a regular at this location for a while. While the cuts have never been 'great,' they were usually good enough for the price. However, this last visit was a total disaster and I won't be returning. My hair is extremely thick, and the stylist completely botched a high skin fade. The sides are asymmetrical one side is nearly an inch higher than the other and there is a harsh 'ledge' where it wasn't blended into the top at all. It looks choppy, uneven, and unprofessional. I’d rather pay more somewhere else for a barber who actually knows how to blend and handle thick hair. This was a waste of money and I now have to pay someone else to fix it." Had a great experience at the Sequim Great Clips! My stylist, Terry, was wonderful—took the time to actually listen to what I wanted and executed the cut perfectly. It’s rare to find a spot that balances speed with that kind of attention to detail. Clean shop, friendly vibe, and I’m walking out feeling great.

I have always had a hard time finding someone that can cut my hair the way I like it. I have very fine hair and you can usually see where the scissor cuts are. Also have trouble with a caulic that stands straight up if cut too short. Electra at Great Clips in Sequim, Wa does a fantastic job on my hair everytime.

Though one can never be assured of getting the same person to do the haircut, each of the three individuals who have cut my hair have done a very good job. They have first checked with me regarding what I want done, then have followed through with a nice cut. Very satisfied with the outcome each time.

If I could leave 0 I would. Every customer that came in she was short and rude and just kept saying “do you see the wait”. Then we show a photo for inspiration and she says so you don’t want a 2. I said no we want something like the photo. Then she proceeds to do like a high and tight style. cutting off way to much curl and so high. She asked is that ok. I said not really. It looks nothing like the photo and isn’t blended at all. But nothing that can be done now till it grows back. She just said oh and kept smacking her gum. I am regretting even leaving a tip as I write this. Never again.
