HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND PRACTICE. DO NOT TAKE YOUR MEN OR SONS HERE. "Emmie" cut my fiance hair. He showed her a reference photo of a cut he wanted to try out before our wedding. It was buzzed on the sides and full at the top (enough to style with holding cream). SHE MADE HIM BALD. She was texting her ex the entire time during the appointment, belittled his questions and choice of style, and then shaved a giant chuck on the top middle. She made consistent comments about "im sure you'll never come back after this" as she CONTINUED TO SHAVE HIM. And she still charged him. She is purposely driving away clients because she's pissed off at men and doesn't want to do her job. The manager said he had to come back inside for them to see if he "fit the criteria" for a refund. He's so embarrassed ab

Never again! I let my hair grow out to get a particular style. Took a picture to the hairdresser and discussed. Hairstyle was supposed to be 3 inches long in back to flip up and short on top. She began but cutting the sides by my ears about a half inch long which sticks straight out. So I stopped her to readdress the cut I wanted. She looked over at her co worker and rolled her eyes. I told her my hair was curly which she shin made a face like I was crazy. All said and done the hair in the back of my head is 1/2 inch long. She then got clippers to SHAVE my neck!!!!! I have never had my neck shaved! Nothing like the picture. I am mortified! It will take a good long time to grow out to the cut I even wanted. Her name was Phreda. DONT GO NEAR HER!
