They do not take appointments, yay! The ladies were very sweet. The lady that cut my granddaughters hair did a great job. She was very understanding as to what Chevelle wanted. I just didnt catch her name. Thank you ladies!

Went here for our first time since we just moved here back in June. They done a great job my 5 and 6 year old girls hair. So I decided to go ahead and get mine cute too since they done so well in the girls. She dampened my hair and cut it and blow dried it a little and it look good and told me when I got home to straighten it (which I thought was weird bc I have never had a hair place not wash, cut and style and dtraighten it like you wanted ) and it would look kinda like the picture I wanted. After running a few errands I was able to straighten my hair and this is so embarrassing and just chopped up and nothing like what it's supposed to be. I am ashamed and don't even want to be seen out in public and have never wanted to hide my face or not want go into work (bc i work in an ER) til no

We've been to list location several times. My husband has trusted them implicitly. The check in woman didn't answer at all, just stared "like a zombie" he said. But today he went in for a trim because his top was pushing 4" and sides we getting long. He told them a trim and the stylist said "high and tight?" He agreed...because that's what he had. She basically put on a guide and shaved his entire head!! It's about 1/4" entire scalp ..with fine gray hair. He's seeing it as bald now and was too polite to lose it when she spun him around to the mirror. My family will never be at this location again. Absolutely ruined his hair...and in winter?!?

Nicole is the best! She does the same cut , right every time. The shop is very clean . Well worth the trip to get a great clip!

Younger lady with short black hair was very rude! Will not be back! I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what but that isn’t an excuse to be like that. Then to look over me when it comes to the tip screen is very unprofessional. I work in customer service myself and if she doesn’t know how to act professional she shouldn’t be in a place dealing with customers.
