Great Clips

Very friendly and a great cut for the price. I was there an hour before closing after checking in online, got me seated almost immediately and she took her time. Great clips are hit or miss but I have no complaints about this location.

So upset! I came in for a basic trim and expressed how important it was to me to even out my cut with taking to least amount of length off. I explained to the lady with curly blonde hair (forgot her name) that my hair is currently straighten and is wavy when wet. She sprayed my hair down so it half straighten, half wavy and proceeded to cut my hair. After the cut was done, she explained that my hair looks a little uneven due to it being half wet, half dry and im not a hair stylist so i believed it would be even after I fully straightened it. Well today, I straightened my hair and it is COMPLETELY BUTCHERED. I went into the store asking for a refund and they told me they were not able to do that in- store and that I would have to reach out to an email. The lady HERSELF didn’t even come up

HORRIBLE experience. Khaya cut my hair and this is one of the worst haircuts of my life. I went in and asked for a trim, not much off, just split ends and touch up my layers. She barely acknowledged this and then started hacking away at my hair and took so much length off. My hair is now choppy, uneven, and a mess for no reason. Not to mention, she was RUDE the entire time, kept yanking on my hair every time she cut it, my bangs are weird now, and she expected me to be happy with the result. I am beyond livid. I had beautiful below shoulder length hair, now I have a messed up bob. I do not recommend. Truly awful.

It's really hit or miss and my last time was a miss. I was last in on 9/24 and had Khaya cut my hair. I wanted a trim and to refresh the layers. She chopped over 2 inches off. It's just barely starting to look normal. This is not the first time she has cut my hair and she just always seems to be in a bad mood. However, back on 7/22 I had Joy cut my hair and she actually listened and did what I asked for. Stylists really need to listen, not hear, what people want and to leave their bad attitude at the door.

I’m really disappointed with the experience my boyfriend had here today. The stylist, Khaya, was rude and unprofessional. When he checked out, she told him he “never tips” and that it’s “noted in the system under his name.” That’s not even true — he DOES tip. He just didn’t tip her the last time because the cut wasn’t good, and he didn’t tip today because this one was rushed and sloppy. Tipping is optional, but talking to a customer like that is completely out of line. On top of the attitude, the haircut itself was a mess: • The neckline is uneven and crooked • One side is lower than the other • No taper or fade — just a harsh blunt line • Patchy blending with dark shadow spots she missed • Stray hairs left uncut • The whole thing was done in about five minutes and looks unfinished Afte
