Great Clips

This was the first time I took my daughter to get her hair cut, I was ready to do whatever I needed to keep her calm but her Stylist Burklie had her calm and happy the whole time. My daughter was making everybody laugh with her silliness, and she was very happy with her hair cut! My hair was cut by Makenzie and I liked it a lot, much better than it was. Both ladies did great, thank you.

I’ve been coming to the great clips location for years, and they do amazing work! They have a great system for wait times and text you when it’s time to drive to their salon. I’ve never had a negative experience from a hairdresser getting my haircut. The staff are friendly and are pretty quick. I would highly recommend them to get men’s haircuts the way you want it and to get it right each time.

I'm new to Saratoga Springs. I took my three boys to get their haircut today, and it was THE BEST service we have received at a Great Clips EVER! They got us in SO fast, and took the time to talk to my boys and make them feel comfortable. (Especially my little guy who is new to haircuts.) The girls in there were super kind and they exceeded my expectations! I 100% recommend this location! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Paisley did such a wonderful job, I’ve never been completely happy with a haircut until now. She was very detailed and took time to make my hair exactly how I wanted. Best haircut I’ve ever had!

I just wanted a trim and to redefine my long layers, but the girl who cut my hair botched it so badly. She started my layers 3 inches above the bottom and they were so uneven and chunky. I’m not saying this to be mean, but it literally looked like a toddler took scissors to my hair. I asked for a refund which gratefully they gave me. I went to a higher end salon and was told by the new stylist, in her 10 years cutting hair she had never seen a cut that bad! I realize that the girl who cut it was probably inexperienced, but what got me was the manager walking by after she finished the cut and saying “how cute” it was and that she did a good job. It was very obviously not cute and not a good job. After all was said and done I had to cut off 5 inches just to get it to look normal again.
