This was my first time using Great Clips and it was not what I expected. Nobody greeted me when I entered the place of business. I checked in online and I sat there waiting to be acknowledged. Several clients were checked in after me and were serviced before me. The hairdressers seemed to pick and choose instead of first come first serve. This is not a good representation of the place of business and what it represents. It’s extremely disappointing to have experienced this in South Walton!
