Rachel is a 5 star 🌟 employee, but your online check in stinks. You should not be able to check in online one hour before you arrive. I could have checked in when I was at Home Depot. You need to improve your system.

Gloria was awesome and did a fantastic job! I'm a long haired guy and usually when I go get a trim they just wet my hair and cut it somewhat straight then have me on my way. Gloria went above and beyond, making sure it was straight, layering it and cleaning up my neck, sideburns , and around ear. I usually have to request that with other locations and stylists. Haircut looks pretty dang good and I am actually wearing it down rather than up in a man bun.

Took my 12 years old son for a hair cut here today. The haircut was okay but there were lacerations on my son's ears and neck where the razor was used. My son was still in pain at bed time. Will NOT be returning.

Very friendly staff, easy to find location, but the haircut was pretty bad. Tried to explain my cut, but before I knew it, she'd cut the hair too short and too high. Probably won't return.

Oh hunnay, men hair easy. 31 years, I long time. I have a patch of hair on one side and not the other. $25 later, just going to shave it off.
