Got a standard haircut, 4 stars for service. Hair dresser knew what she was doing and did my hair good. Wait was not too long (~15m), can check in online. And affordable haircuts.

I took my daughter to get a haircut on Saturday, November 3, she had long, beautiful hair and she wanted something a little shorter, instead the stylist completely butchered her hair, it was completely uneven from both sides. It honestly looked like a three year old cut her hair. I had to pay double, with a different stylist to get it to look decent and presentable. I was completely devastated by the outcome, I called the salon and was promised a refund, but I have not received a refund as of today. I was going to let it go, but it’s the principal. Below are the pictures of how my daughter’s hair looked after her cut at great clips and there’s a before of how her hair used to be.

First at this location, and it did not disappoint. Alex greeted me as I walked in the door. Gave me the cut I asked for in a very timely manner and professional service. I will definitely be back to this location. Thank you for everything Alex.

We have been taking my son to this location for about a year now. About 2 months ago we changed his hair style. I guess in the 3 times I came back with my son, they never updated his style in their notes. Over $60 of haircuts just gone. My son had longer hair in the back and it was faded instead of leaving it alone. You could clearly see the style we were going after. Fade around the ears leave the top leave the back. Alma needs to do her diligence and ensure she has the right style before just shaving hair off. The management team needs to validate that their hair dressers are updating notes when there is any change. The haircut was comped but the damage is done. It’s going to be really hard to trust this location ever again. Thankfully there are many other places to Try out.

Went to get a hair cut yesterday and the girl cut my hair so short NEVER AGAIN! I specifically asked for long layers and now my hair looks short above my shoulders I used to have long hair now it looks nasty!!! Don’t know who cut my hair didn’t even get a name I was so mad I tried to get out as fast as I can!
